TAVY Thin-Skin Underlayment is a technically engineered non-woven fiberglass reinforced fabric/paper made to Armen Tavy’s specifications. During the development process, Armen’s primary concern was to ensure that mortar would properly adhere to the Underlayment. After significant testing, the final version of the Underlayment was approved. It met all of Armen’s requirements and passed the rigorous testing of the Tile Council of America (TCA).		TAVY Thin-Skin #007 Glue is also technically engineered to meet Armen Tavy’s specifications. TAVY #007 Glue is a high-end multi-purpose adhesive high in solids, which will adhere to any surface. Scarifying the existing surface before use is not necessary. The only surface preparation required is to have a clean surface that is free from oil, water, wax and dust.
